# Analytics & reporting

> Measure conversations, lead capture, meetings booked, and engagement across every Clara agent.

Analytics show you what Clara is converting: conversations, captured leads, booked meetings, and engagement time — all tied back to real buyer conversations.

## The dashboard

Open **Analytics** in your workspace and pick a view:

| View | What it shows |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------ |
| Dashboard | The full overview: KPIs, charts, and conversation data |
| Conversations | The conversation table in detail |
| Leads captured | Every lead Clara captured, with contact details |
| Meetings booked | Meetings Clara scheduled with your team |
| Suggested questions | Starter prompts shown in the widget |

Filter everything by:

| Filter | Options |
| ------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| SDR | The agent you're measuring |
| Country | All countries, or a specific one |
| Period | Presets like **Last 30 days**, or a custom **From**/**To** range |

## Headline metrics

Four KPI cards summarize the selected period:

| Metric | What it measures |
| ---------------- | ----------------------------------------------------- |
| Conversations | Total buyer conversations in the date range |
| Average duration | Average length per conversation, for example `1m 17s` |
| Leads | Conversations that resulted in a captured lead |
| Meetings booked | Conversations that resulted in a booked meeting |

## Conversations over time

Daily conversation volume across the selected period. Use it to spot traffic spikes, quiet days, and the impact of campaigns or site changes.

## Minutes over time

The conversation time accumulated per day. Volume tells you how many conversations happen; minutes tell you how much actual engagement happens. The two don't always move together — a day with fewer, longer conversations can carry more engagement than a day with many short ones.

## Global distribution

Countries with sessions during the selected period. If conversations carry no geographic data, the panel shows **No geographic data for this period**.

## Leads over time

Every lead Clara captured, listed with the name and email she collected. Compare the count against your conversation total to see how many conversations turn into contacts.

## Conversations table

Every conversation, with the outcome attached:

| Column | What it shows |
| --------------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| Conversation ID | Unique identifier for the conversation |
| Type | Video or text session |
| Lead capture | Whether a lead was captured |
| Meeting booked | Whether a meeting was booked |
| Duration | Length of the conversation, for example `3m 14s` |
| Time | When the conversation happened |
