Embed pattern

On every platform the pattern is the same:
  1. Copy the widget embed snippet from your Clara dashboard.
  2. Paste it into your site’s custom code section.
  3. Set your agentId and save/publish.
The exact snippet for your workspace is available in the dashboard on the agent’s Embed page - copy it directly to avoid typos.

WordPress

  1. Open the page or post where Clara should appear.
  2. Add a Custom HTML block (or use your theme’s header/footer scripts section).
  3. Paste the embed snippet with your agent ID.
  4. Publish and test the conversation.
For site-wide availability, add the snippet to your theme’s footer template so Clara appears on every page.

Framer

  1. Select the page in Framer and open the page settings.
  2. Add the embed snippet to the Custom Code section (or use an Embed component where Clara should render).
  3. Publish and test the conversation flow.

Shopify

  1. In the Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes.
  2. Click ⋯ → Edit code on your live theme.
  3. Paste the embed snippet into theme.liquid before </body>.
  4. Save. Clara appears store-wide, including checkout-adjacent pages if desired.

Wix

  1. In the Wix editor, go to Settings → Custom Code.
  2. Click Add Custom Code and paste the embed snippet.
  3. Choose All pages (or specific pages) and set the placement to Body - end.
  4. Save and test.
