Before you begin

  • Admin access to your Clara SDR workspace
  • CRM connected (Salesforce, HubSpot, or another supported CRM)
  • At least one outreach channel verified (email domain, LinkedIn seat, or SMS sender)

1. Create a workspace

Create or join a workspace, set your company profile, and invite teammates with the right roles (admin, operator, read-only).

2. Connect CRM and channels

Connect your CRM so Clara can read accounts, contacts, and activity. Connect email, LinkedIn, or other channels so agents can send and track outreach.

3. Define your ICP and templates

Create or pick a template that encodes tone, ICP, qualification rules, and follow-up strategy. Attach data sources for personalization (CRM fields, intent, firmographics).

4. Launch a campaign

Create a campaign: audience, sequence, channel mix, and safety limits. Start in review mode if you want human approval before the first sends go out.

5. Monitor qualification and handoff

Watch the lead qualification view for scores and stages. Configure handoff to sales so qualified leads land in CRM with context for your reps.
